Lizzy Ott, LAc

Lizzy is a licensed acupuncturist, new mama, and recent graduate of Seattle Institute of East Asian Medicine. She has a BS in Nutrition from NYU, a health coaching certificate, and is a registered yoga teacher and trained doula. She believes in the resilience of the body, and views her treatments as a means of encouraging her patients’ own innate vitality. She’s honored to practice the ancestral medicine of East Asia and hopes to do so with care and reverence.
